Program. Capitol Benefits LLC (capitolbenefits.com, 301-431-0000) sends service and account text messages to clients and prospective clients who request them. Messages may include links to our self-service portal, policy numbers, carrier or claims phone numbers, claim and adjuster details, appointment and callback confirmations, and other information specific to your policy, claim, or service request.

Consent. You will only receive text messages from us if you have asked us to send them, either verbally during a call with our office or our automated receptionist, in writing, or by submitting a form on our website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with our office.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Capitol Benefits does not charge for text messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You may also call 301-431-0000 to be removed.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance or call 301-431-0000.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
