These guidelines provide a framework to support the creative usage of the Capitol Benefits brand across a variety of mediums and formats. These system should help establish brand consistency across all mediums.

Bio

Capitol Benefits is a fast-growing, independent insurance agency representing over 100 insurance companies. They take an innovative approach in providing forward-looking risk assessments to reduce exposure and create long-term premium reduction strategies for both business and family clients.

Started in 2007, Capitol Benefits has grown to over 20 employees and is headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD. They have recently been recognized on the Inc.5000 list of “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies”, Inc. Magazine’s “Best Places to Work in America”, the Washington Business Journal’s book of lists as one of the “Largest Employee Benefits Brokers”, and several other publications.

About Joshua Lavine… Joshua founded Capitol Benefits in 2007. He has spoken to groups of all sizes and is frequently featured in local, regional, and national publications. He’s a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park and has experience teaching the “Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship” program to insurance agents in the area.

About Jacqueline Jenkins... Jackie joined the Capitol Benefits team in 2013 as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. She quickly became a leader within the organization and the "go-to" person when something needs to get done quickly and correctly. A University of Maryland alum, she now resides in North Potomac with her family.
