Terms and Conditions for Quote Contest

  1. You must provide us with the information that we request for your specific type of insurance quote. Again, we will only ask you for the bare minimum amount of information that we need. In most cases we can give you quotes without social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or any of the things that people are hesitant to give out. Of course the more you give us, the more accurate your quote will be.
  2. We need valid contact information and a response from you. If we are provided with an email and/or phone number and we never hear from you after we try to contact you, we don’t know whether you really exist!
  3.  We make the final determination as to whether you’ve provided us with what we need to run a quote. Everyone thinks that they’re an expert, including us. Please allow us to do our job so that you can find out what thousands of your neighbors already know about us.   If we ask you for something specific, it’s because we really need that information for us to do our job. It doesn’t do us (or you) any favors if we send out grossly inaccurate quotes.

If any changes to these Terms are unacceptable to you, you must cease use of the Website.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Capitol Benefits with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. You will not assign any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without our prior written consent. Any such purported assignment or delegation will be null and void and of no force or effect. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms by a party will be effective only if in writing and signed by a party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws provisions. In any dispute regarding the Program, the Website, or these Terms, you will submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts sitting in Montgomery County. You must commence any cause of action you may have with respect to your participation in the Program or the Website within one year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
