If I already have a policy with Travelers, can I take advantage of the special rates?
Yes. We can issue a new policy with the special rates which would replace your current policy. The insurance carrier would still be Travelers and the coverage levels and deductibles would be identical unless you instructed us otherwise. A licensed agent will review the new coverage with you along with the special rates for Recreation and Welfare Association members.

I have another company for my auto insurance but I have Travelers for my homeowners insurance.
Can you get me the special rates on just the home even though my auto policy is not with Travelers?
Yes. The special rates can be applied to the home, auto, or both. To obtain the lowest rates, combine your home and auto with the same insurance carrier. Travelers is a leader in both home and auto insurance.

How much is the discount?
There is not a set dollar amount. When we run the quotes, the discounted rate
is what appears. The discounts are based on many factors.

I don't know who my Travelers agent is. Can you service my policy?
Yes. You are paying for the service of a local agent. If you aren't getting it,
you should be. Please contact us for a broker change form so we can assist you with all of your service needs. This alone will not change anything about your
current coverage or premium.

I had an accident or other claim in the past year. Can you still help me?
Yes. Many of our clients don't have perfect driving records. That is why it is
important to work with an independent agency. As your needs change, so should your coverage.

Stronger coverage with more benefits and superior claims service. Here is a good test...call any local auto body shop. Ask them about your current carrier and how they handle claims. Then ask them about Travelers.

How do I purchase a policy?
Everything can be done via email and fax or in person. One of our licensed agents can meet
with you at your facility or in our Gaithersburg office. We will assist you with any changes
to your prior coverage such as cancellation requests.
